Terms & Conditions — 223bd Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 223bd ("223bd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the 223bd platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the 223bd platform.

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the 223bd website accessible at 223bd.io, including all associated sub-pages, services, games, and betting markets.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless expressly stated otherwise.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on 223bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited for personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently hold any other active Account on the 223bd Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be voided.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 223bd or any of its affiliated studios and payment partners.

By completing registration, you declare that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. 223bd recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your Account against unauthorised access.

You must not share your login credentials — including your username and password — with any third party. 223bd will not be liable for any losses, including financial losses, resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your disclosure of credentials or your failure to maintain reasonable account security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 223bd immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 223bd may temporarily suspend your Account during investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

223bd reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. 223bd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment processor. 223bd does not charge any fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the full KYC verification process before any withdrawal will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically feasible.
• KYC-verified withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times during peak periods or for first-time withdrawals may be longer.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• 223bd reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 within a 30-day period.

Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 223bd does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

223bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and whose Accounts are in good standing at the time of the offer.
• Each promotional offer specifies a Wagering Requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x). Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any portion may be converted to withdrawable balance.
• Not all game types contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games, sports bets, and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used or if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• 223bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and begun wagering will be notified of any material changes.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts, or any other method constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game or Platform software for personal financial gain. Any gains derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market using multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (matched betting abuse).

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 223bd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 223bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, unauthorised account access resulting from your own failure to secure credentials, or interruption of services caused by events outside 223bd's reasonable control.

223bd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 223bd support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after satisfaction of all applicable Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

By 223bd. 223bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. An Account is considered inactive when no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded during the period. Prior notification will be sent to the registered email address before an inactivity closure is executed.

In cases of termination for cause — including fraud or breach of these Terms — 223bd reserves the right to void any outstanding balance and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial notification, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. 223bd's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility determinations, and account security findings shall be final and binding, subject only to any statutory rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law.
